What to do with it

Do not break, drill, sand or sweep asbestos yourself. Disturbing it releases fibres that cause serious lung disease years later. Leave it where it is, keep people away from the area, and use a Baanza Pro licensed for hazardous waste. If a tradesperson removes it, that waste is their responsibility and they must dispose of it properly. For guidance, contact NESREA or your state environmental protection agency.
