Live prices for Port Harcourt and Abuja will be here, updated by the buyers themselves. Until then we show none, because a made-up price is worse than no price.
Where Baanza prices come from
Baanza never sets a price. Each registered buyer publishes what they pay for each material, and you see the range across the buyers near you, with how many of them there are.
Where nobody near you buys a material, it shows no price at all, rather than a guess. Where a buyer only takes large loads, their price is shown beside the range with the amount it needs, so the range you see is one you can actually get.
Every price is kept when it changes, never overwritten. That history is how, in time, Baanza will be able to show what recyclables have been worth in Nigeria month by month.
