What to do with it

Old bread and pastries are food waste. If you keep chickens, goats or fish, stale bread can be fed to them. If you have space, compost it in a covered heap or drum away from your doorway so it does not attract rats and flies. Otherwise bag it tightly and put it in your general waste for your PSP or a Baanza disposal pickup. Do not let it sit uncovered.
