What to do with it

Separate the material before you get rid of anything. Steel rods, roofing sheets, pipes and offcuts are scrap iron and steel and sell well to a Baanza Pro. Copper wiring and pipe is worth considerably more, so keep it apart. Sand, blocks, broken concrete and tiles have no resale value and need a truck, so book a Baanza disposal pickup. If you hired a builder, the waste is legally theirs to remove.
