What to do with it

Food waste attracts rats and flies fast in this climate, so deal with it the same day. If you keep animals, suitable scraps can be fed to them. If you have space, compost peelings and plant matter in a covered heap or drum away from your doorway. Everything else should be bagged tightly and put in your general waste for your PSP, or a Baanza disposal pickup.
