What to do with it

Envelopes are paper and can be sold with the rest of your paper and cardboard, including ones with a plastic window. Reuse envelopes in good condition by sticking a label over the old address, which is worth doing if you post regularly. Padded envelopes lined with bubble wrap are not paper, so tear the lining out first or keep them out of the sack.
