What to do with it

Compost grass cuttings at home if you have space. Mix them with dry leaves and twigs so the heap does not turn slimy and smell. A thin layer spread around trees works as mulch and holds moisture in the soil. Flowers, plants, hedge clippings and small branches can go on the same heap. Do not burn cuttings near buildings. If you have no space for a heap, book a Baanza disposal pickup.
